Refund policy
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nestloom.help@gmail.com and send us a picture of the product and the invoice. Then we will guide you through return request placed and If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
There are two policies for return request.
1.) You can keep the product with you and 50% of the product cost will be transferred (digital payment).
2.) You get full cashback but you will have to pay for shipping charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or through (G-Pay, Phone Pay or Paytm). Please remember it can take some time for the refund to be credited. (Usually within 5-7 business days)
In case of cancellation post order dispatch, shipping fee + RTO fee + a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.
To maintain fairness for all customers, our team may decline refund requests if the return policy is misused.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange with the same item, email us at nestloom.help@gmail.com
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, the replacement product will be shipped within 2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 4-5 days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your exchanged item is dispatched.
